When you join the Deliberate waitlist, we collect your email and any optional information you submit (such as role, agent stack, and free-text feedback).
We use this solely to manage early access, prioritise design partner conversations, and send occasional product updates about Deliberate. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
If you request deletion, we will remove your waitlist entry within a reasonable period. Contact us at support@redmarker.app (also listed in the homepage footer).
If the site operator configures a webhook (e.g. Loops, Zapier), a copy of your submission may be processed by that third-party service under their privacy policy.
Cookies and website tracking
The Deliberate website (deliberate.dev) uses cookies and similar technologies in line with your choices and applicable law.
Strictly necessary: Required for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie preferences in your browser). These do not require your consent under GDPR.
Analytics: If you consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example, page views and general traffic). We configure anonymised IP where supported and do not use analytics data for advertising. You can accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie dialog on first visit, or at any time via .
